Shipping policy

  1. Order Processing TimeAll orders are processed within 1-3 business days(exluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation  email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates                                                        Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.             -Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.                         -International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
  3. Shipping Destinations                                                                                                   We currently ship to Rep of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
  4. Order Tracking                                                                                                               Once your order has been shipped , you may receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.
  5. Delays                                                                                                                            Please note that delivery times are estimates are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including severe weather conditions, customs processing , and unforseen carrier delays.
  6. Missing or Damaged Orders                                                                                        If you receive  your order damaged or have not received it within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at backhousepharmacy@yahoo.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
